Eligible work emails receive a $100 first-check credit for seven days. After that, pay per check with transparent tier pricing — no subscription required for most teams. Specifications do not count toward sheet pricing.

Per-check tiers

• $50 — up to 50 sheets, typical turnaround 10–30 minutes. Best for small ADUs and sketches.
• $100 — up to 100 sheets, typical turnaround 20 minutes to 1 hour. Best for ADUs and remodels.
• $250 — up to 250 sheets, typical turnaround 1–2 hours. Best for tenant improvements and multifamily.
• $500 — up to 500 sheets, typical turnaround 2–4 hours. Best for schools and mid-rise buildings.

Sets above 500 sheets bill at $1 per drawing sheet and $0.25 per spec page. Every check includes all disciplines, spec cross-check, and PDF plus Excel deliverables. Optional code libraries add $0.25 per sheet per code.

Full refund if we do not find five or more meaningful issues. Typical projects surface 50–100+ findings per 100 sheets.
