Same-Day Plan Check Results: Why One-Hour Turnaround Changes

One of the questions we get from GCs and design teams is: How fast will we get results? For most jobs, we're now getting pretty close to a one-hour turnaround. Upload your drawings and specs, start the check, and you can often have a full issue set back in about an hour—same day, every time.

Why Same-Day Turnaround Matters

When results are same-day, you can run a check in the morning and schedule a triage with your superintendent or PM in the afternoon. For longer projects that start in a few months, teams chunk the work—e.g. electrical one week, civil another—and still have plenty of time to work through the list before construction. Speed doesn't mean cutting corners: the checker still runs the same code and coordination logic; we've optimized the pipeline so you get that depth without waiting days.

Larger jobs—for example 500+ drawing sheets plus specs—may take a bit longer, but the goal remains same-day results so you can plan your review cycle around your schedule, not the other way around.
