A technology center renovation project with a 102-sheet bid set spanning 8 disciplines. Automated audit of 102 drawing index entries found 100 perfect matches and 2 mismatched sheet titles. The electrical site plan was titled differently from the index, and a plumbing sheet description was truncated. While minor in isolation, index errors propagate to permit applications, sheet transmittals, and RFI tracking.
Panel SB2 schedule shows 225A mains with a 200A main circuit breaker, but the calculated phase currents are 280A, 340A, and 231A. The panel is overloaded as scheduled—phase B exceeds the MCB rating by 70%.

The site utility plan specifies 6-inch SCH 40 PVC for a storm drain connection, but the storm drain profile on a different sheet shows 4-inch for the same run. A canopy roof drain ties into this line, making correct sizing essential for stormwater capacity.
Architectural floor plan shows a grid bay dimension that does not match the corresponding structural foundation plan. The discrepancy affects column locations, footing placement, and wall alignment across the building.
The plumbing drawing water heater schedule specifies 240V single-phase at 5 kW, while the project specification calls for 208V three-phase at 4.5 kW. These are fundamentally different electrical requirements affecting panel circuits, wire sizing, and breaker selection.

These are incompatible heating types requiring different fuel connections, controls, and structural support.
The electrical drawings include a note about duct smoke detectors that is ambiguous and does not align with the specification requirement that duct detectors are required on systems serving more than 2,000 CFM. The note could be interpreted to require detectors on all systems regardless of airflow.
