AI triaging construction issues

AI plan review can find 1,200+ issues on a large project. Not all issues are equal: some could cost $20,000 in rework, others are minor notes. Learn how to efficiently triage and prioritize AI findings.

Triaging strategies

• Filter by severity

  Start with Critical issues, then High, then Medium. Critical issues often have the biggest cost and schedule impact.

• Filter by discipline

  Review structural issues first, then MEP, then architectural. Send discipline-specific issues to the right team members.

• Estimate cost impact

  For each critical issue, estimate: What would this cost if we missed it? $15K-$20K issues justify the entire review cost.

• Mark as resolved

  As you fix issues, mark them resolved. This helps track progress and prevents re-reviewing the same items.
