Which disciplines drive the most issues?

Many of the most expensive findings are not within a single discipline at all — they are cross-discipline coordination conflicts (duct vs. structure, fixtures vs. plan, panel clearances) that only surface when every discipline is reviewed against the others.

Why a high issue count is good news

Finding more issues before construction is the goal, not a red flag.
