Quick Summary
- Check documents against each other for consistency—not only drawings vs specs
- Contract documents, TBE (To Be Established), or other reference docs vs project specification
- Same upload-and-check workflow: upload all PDFs, pay, run the check
AI plan checking isn’t limited to “drawings vs specifications.” You can check any set of documents against each other for consistency—for example, contract documents or TBE (To Be Established) references against your project specification, or one spec section against another. The AI compares whatever you upload and flags conflicts and inconsistencies.
What Can You Check?
Contract documents vs project specification
Ensure contract requirements align with the project specification. Mismatches can lead to disputes or change orders later.
TBE and reference docs vs spec
Documents marked “To Be Established” or other reference documents can be uploaded and checked against the project specification so you catch inconsistencies before they’re locked in.
Consistency within documents
Any set of PDFs—drawings, specs, addendums, schedules—can be checked against each other. The AI looks for conflicts and missing or contradictory information across the full set.
How It Works
Same workflow as drawing-and-spec checks: upload all the documents you want compared (contract docs, TBE, project spec, etc.) as PDFs, pay per sheet ($1 per drawing sheet, $0.25 per spec/other page), and run the check. You get a prioritized list of issues with evidence—so you can resolve inconsistencies early instead of discovering them in the field or during closeout.
